Please contact us before visiting, as working gunsmiths our workshops are open most days (Monday to Friday 8 to 4) although our retail showroom is open by appointment only. W Horton & Sons are based in Birmingham’s historic Gun Quarter. We are 1 mile from Junction 6 (Spaghetti) of the M6 and just two turns off the A38 that runs into Birmingham. Any reasonable Sat Nav, Google maps will drop you right outside our front door. Given that we are in the UK's second city public transport is an option for most who wish to avoid the M6. We have three mainline stations (Birmingham New St, Birmingham Snow Hill and Birmingham Moor St) within 10 minute walk/5 minute taxi ride. If in doubt which station you will arrive at from your locality, just head to thetrainline.com and select Birmingham Any as the destination.
